Job opportunity - Llani Solar seeks Finance, Installation and Office Manager

We are currently advertising for a Finance, Installation and Office Manager to cover a 12 month maternity leave, with a view to a longer term contract. Flexible working hours, between 30 hours and 37.5 hours a week. Pay range from £15,000 to £22,000 per annum (£9.00 to £11.50 per hour), according to hours and experience. Closing date 13th August. Interviews on 19th and 20th August.

Free money from the Government for renewable heating systems!

The Low Carbon Buildings Programme which currently gives grants for renewable energy heating systems, is due to be phased out towards the end of 2010.  On 1st February 2010, the Government published a consultation on the Renewable Heat Incentive scheme, a new funding scheme which will apply to all renewable heating systems installed since the end of July 2009.

Green Energy Day a great success!

Customers got a great chance to learn how to ‘green’ their homes and have a fun day out when Llani Solar hosted a Green Energy Day last Saturday.  Despite the somewhat wild autumnal weather the event was well attended with a range of interesting stalls and demonstrations, and lots of interested members of the public.

Come to Llani Solar’s Green Energy Day on 24th October 2009

To be held at Llani Solar’s new premises between 10am-4pm.  Event will be opened at 11am by Mick Bates AM.  The day will include dsiplays and demonstrations of solar water heating, wood fuel heating and heat pump displays and demonstrations. Plus local energy efficiency and green transport displays, and refreshments.

New Certification Scheme for customer peace of mind
